IceTea v1.0 |
Ó
We're here to serve you IceTea. No, it ain't the drink. This IceTea here is tommydanger's graphical user interface for making PSX Eboots. Yeah, yeah. So there's nothing new with it, you say. But you see, he wanted to "incorporate all the latest PSx <-> PSP features into a single ready-to-use executable plus make it as easy to use as possible." Apart from this, he also wanted to make a multiplatform solution for pops. The features of IceTea 1.0 are:
- Create PSP compatible PSX eboot (customize eboot menu appearance)
- Extract ISO from PSX eboot
- Create manual from png images
- Create manual from text file (useful for gamefaqs...)
tommydanger also would like to thank Coldbird, Dark_Alex, flatwhatson, Tinnus for their codes that he has used in this program. Oh, and to everyone else he forgot who made it all possible.

I luv these kind of apps. Making my own images 4 PSX games 4 my PSP is very cool & is fun 2 do.
I have a problem.
Warning screen breaks and it is displayed.
Nice just what i wanted ROCK ON
Can't use the app yet since I have a FW2.81 but all this new homebrew for PSX>PSP stuff is great.
Only bad thing is I'm going to be lost when that downgrader is released...
Make sure your warning screen is greyscale
Even the official ones from Sony are greyscal
Other colour format will result in a graphical glitch
a totaly useless APP, used FF8 CD1 to test {PAL}
conveted ff8.bin to EBoot format with the images at 50% compression and then at 20% and none of them worked past the PSP game boot screen, just blacked out.
your better off at using Auto Popstation4 and converting PAl to NTSC before converting to Eboot
sorry 1/10 for this app only coz it has a nive GUI
This program is Freat and is very easy to use. 10/10!
not true...i have color warning screen and never had any problem creating one.....ar you retarded ??
great
if the audio fixer was added, then yeah i would like to have icetea. until then its iced tea in my cup.
im going to have to ask you to brick your psp, delete your entire browser history and all cookies, and call the men in black to use their flashy thingy on you.
This is a VERY nice program. There are only two things missing: built-in PAL to NTSC conversion and automatic gamecode finder. Still, all-in-all it's a really useful program, and the best part is that it's completely independent of popstation.exe or any cygwin libraries! It's very easy to use and I highly recommend it.
