For those who need to tinker with their Sony PlayStation Portable's themes with an app in German, homebrew developer Lektor translated Custom Theme Converter version 1.0 into German with all the features intact. It works just like the official theme creator Sony dished out, which means it's still as convenient.
Custom Theme Converter is an easy-to-use program that allows customization of the PSP's XMB themes. Whether you're German or not, everything is pretty self-explanatory and you'll be decorating your themes like a pro in no time. Supported image files vary depending on what you want to customize, be it the wallpaper or XMB icons. No need to worry though, because you'll know which ones you can use.

Lektor released yesterday an mIRC-Script with the name mIRC-PSP v2.00, about the PSP.

Works just like it because that's what it is. It's a resource hack of the original program.
