In case you missed out on our previous articles on this great piece of homebrew, Extreme Link is a media management application for Windows that makes managing your PSP's media a lot easier. It also works as a frontend for USBHostFS and NetHostFS (which are bundled with the app) so you can run ISO images from your computer's hard disk.

For usage and installation instructions, please read the readme file included in the download.

???

Ok it's got both USB and Net Host and installs to the PC, what goes on the PSP? I tried looking at the readme but it doesn't make much sence to me. I think I may require further details as to the install and setup to get it working on my end.
