eReader 1.1 Released |
Ó

This is the latest version of the eBook reader for the PSP developed by Aeolusc, the eReader v1.10. The eReader program has support for HTML files and reading normal text files. This is very helpful when reading ebooks as one can preserve lines when flipping pages, switch to vertical mode for longer pages and bookmark certain pages of the ebook.
This program will also allow the PSP to be a picture viewer as it supports TGA, BMP, PNG, GIF and JPG formats. MP3 playback is also supported in this.
Modifications made from the last version (v1.09) include:
- pack increase shrinking and enlarging the double high/width (at cut over shrinking and enlarging Kin)
- increase reading choice: retain width disturbed
- Remove the flashing cut over catalogue
- amendments introduced within leakage 1.08
- removal menu cut over the boundary line

Sony just released a new update via network update. 2.71 check it out. Wonder what it fixes :S
whats so good about console source?
and if there is 2.71 good bye modchip rather convenient for it to come out, when the mod sprung up
Via Network Update
Whats New:
- Game demos can now be downloaded from the Browser and saved on the MS
- Video output can now be displayed correctly when an external tuner is selected in Location Free Player. DO NOT UPDATE!!
does this work on 2.0+ firmware?
ok why is everyone talking about the update in the coments for this app why not talk in the comments for the update
btw
this looks like a good reader
This is easily the best text reader currently avaliable for the PSP. It reads txt, html, and poc files. Plays mp3's, the color of the font, the actual font, and the background colors can be changed. Supports music shuffling, music tags, also show's images... anyway ya, love it. Only thing that is a drawback is the problem is in chinease... which shows us as a bunch of weird characters on a english psp. So just be aware, it's pretty intuiative though.
What I tried of this, I did like, but the fact that it is in Chinese kills. Bookr is still champ in the ebook category.
This works a treat on my ceramic white PSP Jap fw2.5, with eLoader 0.97. Chinese characters (of various different encoding character set) shows up very nicely. Only thing though, is that I have yet to figure out how to exit the program 'safely' (beside powering off and restarting).. Any idea anyone?
