DTMF Dial v1 - Image 1Art dropped by the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums earlier to announce the initial release of DTMF Dial.

This application (a bit like dragula96's Phone Dialer app will allow Sony PlayStation Portable owners to carry 25 phone number entries on their handheld, and also comes with an auto dialer and edit function. Here's a rundown of DTMF Dial version 1's current features (Quoting the readme):
  • Basic DTMF dialer can edit and save a small phone book, and playback the DTMF tone sequences for each number.
  • Keypad can be used to produce DTMF sequences.
DTMF Dial was written and  tested on a PSP running on CFW 3.03 OE by Dark AleX. Art states that this homebrew should work for other unofficial firmware variants. Controls and other important details for this application are available in the file bundle's readme. Those interested in sending their feedback may want to visit Art's release thread at the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums

» Payphones.

You can use it to get free calls out of most pay phones, which dont disable the mic unless a coin is inserted. Most usually only lock the keypad, the mic still works.

» DTMF

It wasn't written for stealing phone service.

I wasted my time on this app to save me time.

To retrieve my bank balance from the last account I had,

I had to dial:

132221, wait, 1, wait, 1, wait, 290774#, wait, 444410016731#, wait, 1.

Now I would only have to push one button.

Art.
