Chunglam's DevHook Launcher Mod

Chunglam revives TheBuzzer's Devhook GUI Launcher Mod with his recent release of his DevHook Launcher Mod v1.61. If you haven't heard of TheBuzzer, then you probably haven't given your DevHook a makeover yet. Together with 1337_pyro, he's deemed by many as having made the best DevHook mods around. Unfortunately, he has decided to call it quits with the mod and focus instead on other projects.

Such being the case, it's a wonderful thing that other developers like Chunglam have continued releasing their own version inspired by TheBuzzer's mod. You could say he has continued on the legacy DevHook Launcher Mod.

Changelog:
v1.61
  • Added French language file translated by Guilouz
  • Added EBOOT.PBP for firmware 1.00
  • Updated CW CHEAT to 0.1.3b
Launcher
  • Changed the language file folder to "ms0:/dh/lang", please remove "*.lang" files from "ms0:/dh" if upgrade from old version.
  • Fixed the "UMD Disc" freeze bug if there is sub-folder inside "ms0:/iso"
Vshexmod v1.13
  • Fixed switching back to internal font bug after first usage of Font10x10.SJIS
  • Added language file support in XMB, please use "Font10x10.SJIS" if selected language is out of ASCII code range
  • Improved the CSO cache system. Now the CSO cache file is copied to "ms0:/iso/cache" and the CSO usage index capture is more accurate.
  • Added incremental "Copy to MS" logic. If the cache file is already exist, "Copy to MS" function will only copy new captured contents since last copy operation.
Thanks for this mod Chunglam. Much appreciated.

But it also sounds like your MS loses space on a regular basis, and more and more each time you play an ISO?

Wierd I wouldnt think you guys would post stuff about this at ALL

Can you use this to play iso's without having to use a UMD? My PSP's lens broke so I'm looking for a solution.

@8/9 and 12- this is just a GUI for devhook, originally made by thebuzzer.....it doesnt change anything in the actual emulation of firmware, and has nothing to do with it in anyway, and the only way we will be able to emulate a new firmware is trough an update from booster, or another progam, since i dont recall booster releasing the source for devhook

Ya this is pretty tight but not well known at all....it was in a little corner at MaxCounsole....and by the way no source for that.....did you guys find it else where? Any way it was on xmp-psp.com yesterday and here today so I'm gald at least this guy is getting some credit. And doesn't reviving mean something has to be dead? Wasn't there a 3.3 release from buzzer a week or two ago?
