Despertar del Cementerio v8: updated for 5.00 M33-4 |

Here's a quick update to Despertar del Cementerio, the "Universal Unbricker" from Dark AleX. It's only been updated to install for 5.00 M33-4, though a clarification from webmaster Alek confirms that it still won't work with the PSP-3000 and the TA-088 motherboard. According to his post on Dark Alex's forums:
- It won't work on 88v3 / 3000 series.
- It's just an update to allow 5.00M33-4 installation.

Why bother posting a story avatar of the psp-3000, when dc8 clearly does not support the psp-3000?

Hi, I have a PSP which I need to fix. It wont connect to wifi and adhoc doesnt work. I am assuming this is a problem with the idstorage and I plan to regenerate it. When you say that "magicgate (drm videos/audio): it has not been tested, but it should NOT work, as a way to generate magicgates keys (0x10-0x13) has not been found (yet)." what does actually mean???
Ok dude the way i fixed this was simply redoing the installiation with the Pandora Battery, literally go to a official firmware then starting from stratch, I know its time consuming but it works and its safer trust me, good luck :)
The DRM stuff should have nothing to do with your problem. Just regenerate it and see if WiFi works then. Good luck and Merry Christmas!
But what I want to know is what is the drm stuff??? and why wont it work after regeneration???
Hi, My psp for some reason doesn't want to load DC8. It will load all the time machiene ipl and DC7, but it will not load DC8. I do not know why. I tried formatting the memory stick twice. It just goes to the xmb like it would do if there is no DC8 on the meory stick. Any suggestions?
So you formatted the memory stick and copied over the correct files for DC8 and it does not appear in the xmb menu?
