Install can be tempremental but it does work. Install and if you get the sony logo followed by nothing enter recovery mode and delete/reset Flash 1....

It allows the ability to run unsigned code, homebrew (as in, games made by the PSP fanbase), ISOs, plugins, theme customization and XMB hacks, and many more things. It's way better than official firmware will ever be. So stop preaching about how official firmware is better, because in the homebrew scene it will fall on deaf ears.

Use this as a downgrader?

If i replaced the 371.PBP in the root directory with 351.PBP or 352.PBP, would Despertar del Cementerio install that instead of 3.71? I had all these nice homebrew apps (PDA, PSPoste, pikey) running on 3.52 and they don't seem to work under 3.71 now. I can't figure out any way to downgrade back to 3.52. Thanks!

But you can do it using the original pandora. Just use that to install the partial 1.5 and install 3.52 m33 then update3 then update4. What you really NEED to do is install the 1.5 patch V2. With that installed everything that works in other firmwares will work in this one.

pikey is a plugin that allows the use of IR keyboards with the PSP. it's very useful for the apps. http://www.noobz.eu/joomla/news/pikey-0.3-release---3.40-oe-support.html so i've now taken your first approach and used regular pandora to get back to 3.52. The only tricky part was that my regular memory stick was still formatted for 3.71 so it wouldn't boot. I had to copy the m33 3.52 creator from the recovery memory stick and run it again for that memory stick.

Battery?

Just wondoring, do you need to do anything to a battery for this? I only have one battery on me at the moment. In the readme it says: - Now you have an universal pandora ms ready to go, and you just need a proper battery. I just want to confirm that you dont need a hacked battery. Thanks.

You need a jigkick battery

The only change to the battery is the internal serial. The LE Recovery prx for M33 firmware makes it very easy to convert between the two (you can revert to a regular battery). But you might have some trouble booting into your restored system to revert the battery. It would be much easier to get a second battery; check amazon dot com for good deals.

was buy a 2200mAh battery for my PSP and use the original one for pandora. DO NOT try to make a pandora out of a SLIM battery!

Here's what I did: I downloaded the programs, along with the eboot updates and whatnot. then, I went to http://stores.ebay.com/PSP-Unbricker and the guy made me a kit. it worked, and now I can listen to music on my psp. i can even look at pictures!
