With the release of Dark_AleX's custom firmware 3.03 OE-A, there's bound to be another gushing stream of new homebrew updates coming in. One of the biggest homebrew apps we've continuously seen progressing through various firmwares is CWCheat by Weltall.It's not much of a surprise to see an update, but Weltall's now released a new version of his cheat-tweaker of an app that's built to work on 3.03 OE in POPS mode (PSX Emulator).
CWCHeat 0.1.6 Rev F has all of the features of the previous version (Rev E), but more than this, USB support has been added. Exciting, huh? That means you can load your usb.prx files on POPS mode without the kernel discarding it. Here's the full changelog for CWCHeat 0.1.6 Rev F:
- reworked the id loading function now it *should* work in any case
- now if selected 0 as cpu/bus mhz the clock isn't set and it's left to the sony emulator (SUGGESTED!)
- fixed memory card functions to work on 3.03 Emulator
- Now USB support is available in CWCheat (read the USB_SUPPORT.txt readme file)
- added a little faq in English
- fixed the db save functions
- now the mc loader/saver shows more information and shows if the operation went fine
- other things here and there

And I like that "Weltall" has Xenogears cheats by default. Awesomeness.
Alright, now I have tried this several times, and I have failed every single time. I have a metal gear save that i downloaded to work for cwcheat. The id of my iso is the same as the one on the file I obtained. I used the previous version of this program and it didn't work when i tried to load. Now, when I load it up with this program, it freezes completely. I've tested over games too, such as suikoden. My game just freezes. My iso has the correct id. my files that are saves are the right name and in the right place. I even tested the saves out on my pc ps1 emulator and they worked. So... what is the problem?
I have followed the instructions perfectly but when I hold the select button down in any game nothing happens. I have 3.03 oe-a2. HELP PLEASE
i put in the ID that is shown on the cwcheat wen i load it up without codes and then i pout the codes in and load it up again but it doesnt show any of the cheats i put in and i need some help REEEEALLY badly cuz im going crazy trying to get this ***** to work
3.03 oe a2 tried 10 times followed info exactly still doesnt open please help cant get any other plugins working either
I followed the installation instructions in the Readme up until it says to go into Plugins and press X over cwcheatpops.prx [POPS], but there's nothing under Plugins. =( What did I do wrong?
I put the contents of the MS_ROOT dir on my psp root, Booted up recovery mode, Enabled cwcheatpops.prx under plugins, went Back, went to Advanced, enabled Plain modules in UMD/ISO. Exitted recovery mode, started a POPS game (FFVIII), while ingame I pressed and held down 'Select' but the cheat menu won't show up. Any ideas? PS: I'm not new to CWCheat. It's just the first time I tried to launch it on DAX 3.03 (OE-B)
It´s not possible to load a memory card image using this apply, the PSP gets black screen when you try execute CWCheat, the extraction of the memory was fine and I used it in my PC emulator in order to change the CD in parasite eve psx game but when I tried to load this memory card image on my psp it was no possible, any ideas?
