A few days back, we first featured PSP Nikos and his compilation of the best PSP themes available, so as you guys could download it once and you'll have plenty of options in the future. He is a pretty efficient guy and this next tidbit we're gonna share with you proves that he is really committed to this project.PSP Nikos informed us that he has released the Custom PSP Theme Pack 3, which is an update of the earlier release. He mentions that old custom PSP pack could be deleted and this one right here could replace it. Here are some of the things you could expect in this pack:
- More Gameboots [About 10 - 15 added]
- More Bootsounds [About 5 - 10 added]
- Flash Agent v2 included
- Deleted PS3 intro [Too big and poor quality]
- Wi-File transfer added
- More XMB waves [Including PS3 thin wave]
- Custom Xmb waves and wave creators (including hex editor)
- Xmb Fonts X-Flash (for 3.02oe and below)
- PSP reboot & shutdown instead of network update
- PSP version customiser
- PSP file management Icons Gameboots
- .pmf creator guide Bootsounds Backgrounds

Most of the package works on the 3.10oe but 3.10 the official firmware doesn't work!
Topmenu_plugin.rco files do not work in 3.10oe psp's but everythings else

Just be careful with the Gameboots because you can semi-brick the psp

I've flashed my XMB wave, it looks awesome on black background. Can anyone tell me which XMB Wave of the ones included in the package is the best looking, coz I don't wana flash too many things. I'm looking a for nice, smooth blue/red/black wave. Also, where can I see a preview of the menu icons? Can anyone please tell me. Thanks!
Ok im out of flash space is there a way to recover some or if i can reset everything ill set it just as it is now that way i leave some space.

I am Currently working on pack 4 that is to be released on monday!
Also I am working on a downgrading pack which consists of all the working psp firmware downgraders!!

I'm loving this. My PSP is looking cooler everyday, this is exactly what I wanted to do after upgrading to 3.03oe-c!!
I haven't had any problems with the gameboots, but for some reason the opening plugins make my pops not work... odd. o'ell.

how do u get a black background? i wanna hav the fire'ish lookin wave but it looks rubish without the background bein black. any help?

Use X-Flash (included in pack) to change all background images to black. You can restore original images later if you want to.
Hey NIKOS, thanks for your effort. Please release a custom xmb icon pack with as many good looking icon sets you can find. Include image previews so we know what we are flashing. If you can, please also add custom system boot intros.

Go To the PSP menu then homebrew packs and roms and it's there!!
Got that custom wave finally that I been looking for.
I use devhook to emulation 3.03 and then customize the firmware. the work great :)

About making space i made space by getting rid of uneeded fonts with the flash agent but you asked what i flashed well i did the coldboot the gameboot the waves, the battery and the icons but theres so much to choose from i was looking at different stuff not realizing i was running out of space. i have plenty right now but how would i get more if i come to that point.
I use small gameboots which I will include in my next pack!

Hi there Nick, good job on this pack, it really helps for someone to compile all the good stuff from the useless garbage.
Anyway, I wish for you to continue these packs as it's pretty tedious for most to search for these kind of things by themselves.
Some people are also lazy, like myself =).

ok look im a noob when it comes to psp's i need to put the custom pack in my psp how i do this?
for some unknown reason, when changing the boot sound it will no longer let you play PS1 games... i had this problem, upgraded eo 3.10 OEA and it fixed it... just please make sure if your tinkering with your flash0 and flash1 files to back the original one on your computer before tinkering.;.. ALWAYS HAVE A BACK UP!!!!
Dark_AleX has been gracious enough to incorporate a recovery mode in case you mess everything up... but it will only work if you BACK UP YOUR THINGS!!!!
im not mad at anyone, i just REALLY want to save ANYONE i can ANY hurt feelings when they think their being "1337" by tinkering with the firmware and instead screw up a 150$ handheld.
im running firmware 3.03 and i cant seem to install these items onto my psp help plz
