Wow, Blue2k has done it again! He has released another great version of Artillery Shell for the PSP. Blue2k says that this updated version is a great improvement from the previous (non Live Fire) version 0.06 and even better than the previous Live Fire version! Right when you start up the application, you can see why. There is a totally different theme in which I absolutely love compared to the old skin. It's a much cleaner, crisp look that fits the program perfectly.

To make it all short and sweet, check out the update/feature list as stated on Blue2k's site.

  • New shiny theme!
  • LCD Information Bar
A new integral part of Artillery which gives
you contextually generated information; such as
current image name, current song title, current
        desktop wallpaper image etc.
  • Much more stable homebrew launcher
  • Preliminary WiFi support
  • Wallpaper switching in the shell
  • Taskbar control - Turn USB/WiFi on/off via the taskbar

Preliminary Complaints:

-Some MP3s just give me high-pitched beeps.

-Text Reader seems to only support one file, and very little of it, as well.

-Wi-Fi freezes.

-Homebrew freezes.

Combine this with IR Shell. You two creative innovators and programmers should put your minds together to make something really great. together.

upon running this app first time, it froze.

never got it to recognize mp3's in my 'music' file.

maybe i haven't been too thorough, but for the "layman", it could use some QA.. be happy to provide some input.
