Aqua-set Version 1.00A Released

Over at the QJ Forums, kozine has released a homebrew flashing app for the PSP called Aqua-set v1.00A. It's a flashmod for 1.50 firmware PSPs. Currently in Alpha version, it's best to treat the app as a "proof of concept." Nothing much going on in the app right now, but you can do the following:

Change Wallpapers
Change Font
Change Gameboot
Change Bootsound

Kozine hopes to add a theme and custom firmware installer to the app. Don't forget to drop kozine a note if you have suggestions for the Alpha 2 or beta release.

I just used this to change my gameboot to the prince of persia one. I've never done this before, so I was a little scared, but it is really cool. Are there any other alternate gameboots out there?

Forgot to add that it might be good to have some kind of notification to let you know it is done doing it's thing. I wasn't sure it was finished, so I let it sit a few minutes before exiting it.

Hummm. One thing i'm wondering though. Could this potentially conflict with Xflash if you've used it (xflash) on your PSP (by conflict I mean, cause a bricking)?

Say, I used Xflash on my 1.50 to change a few things I wanted to change. And then I go and use this homebrew (Aqua-Set). If the two homebrews modify the firmware code in slightly different ways, that would lead me to think there could be a bricking if you use either one of these and then use the other one as well. :/
