Alatnet from our forums has updated his Lua homebrew application, 3D cube, to version 3b. Although this program contains nothing actually useful, it's just one of those nice things which you can keep on your PSP. These demos show just how much you can do with programming, and this one in particular shows how powerful Lua is.

This version adds many new features, including 3 all new 3D models! Here's the changelog:
  • AutoSpin!
  • The ability to take screenshots of a 3D model (Using the select button)
  • 3 New 3D models:
    • Diamond
    • Trimid (a pyramid but with 3 sides instead of 4)
    • Pyramid
This application requires Lua Player to run.

» Well...

It's good that it has other shapes now... *shrugs*

But I wouldn't say that they "show just how much you can do with programming".

Also, although Lua is good, please port this to C. You can use the latest toolchain and GCC. That will be much more helpful to beginners in C.

For those who are wondering, it is actually a tetrahedron, and not in fact, a "trimid".

hahhahahahahaha h!!!!

You moron. Why bother wasting your brain on this gjetto coding??

PSPU is full of retards delivering ghetto homebrew. Look at the GPX2 guys... they whoop your collective butts.

bah, this was a sample in the lua distribution...

Not really.

The sample in the lua distribution just had a cube spinning. But with my program, you get to choose different models besides a cube and have the ability to move the model by yourself or have it do it automatically. Also, i like to think that my program is useful for geometry, somehow...

it would be realy cool if you could tidy the code up a bit

id like to see how it works but as a begginer it looks a bit daunting to me
