Earlier, I gave you guys a little multiple choice test (alright, it was a pathetic excuse for a multiple choice test but...) on 0okm's latest creation for the PSP. Well, we heard that Black_Skull just released a homebrew app too, so to commemorate we're going to play Pictionary!Or Twister.

Just kidding. You see, Black_Skull over at our forums just gave us a heads up on his latest project, the 3.02 DH Firmware Installer.
He says that this one's a mod of tommydanger's 3.01 DH Firmware Installer "to be able to prepare 3.02 to emulate via devhook 0.51.0100. (dh/302)/ save the 3.02 dump on dh/302 for new dwvhook ( 0.51.0100)." Black_Skull notes that "you just put the eboot.pbp of 3.02 update on root, execute the app, and press X. Cool, eh? Go get it now! Its almost complete folks.. The ultimate downgrader i have been working on that only the underground knows of is almost complete...i only need another psp with newest firmware and i think i should be able to realease it. Check back on pspupdates.qj.net often for info! Booster

Does this release fix the PSone emulation?
Freaking amazing emulates 3.02 with menus and stuff working(System settings works). but ... some problems the first time i quit i get that blue screen with all the wierd stuff on it. turn it back on go through the set up and i am back in Se-c. ok now it works flawlessly secound time through. so a lil wierd to start but works great now over all i am a lil confused but really happy. -Irokz

There IS no underground 'ultimate' firmware downgrader for any firmware. The highest firmware with an exploit is v2.80. v2.8x may be in the works, but rest assured, 3rd generation firmwares have had and will have no progress for a long while. Please ignore any claims about downgraders, ISO loaders, or homebrew in general. I/we would know if there was something on the loose. Any more claims to be respected Dev's will be met with conflict. Thanks.
right now the 3.02 is useless because the functions that make 3.02 doesn't work. you cant make a net connection so no wifi, no ps3 control, no locationfree. use the 2.71/2.81 hybrid it plays all of the new games and has wifi.
does this work with a 32MB mem stick? since the other one didn't. my 4gig sandisk is still being delivered so i'm stuck with a 32 and broken 1 gig :(

this work ok for me only wireless is not working and I dont see a PS1 eMU on 3.2 how can I make the wireless to work on this ? thanks.
no real point in updating to this yet, ive been messing about with 3.01/2 since release but if you want to play everything, then just install 2.71 se-c and use DH0.46 with hybrid FW, it is by far the most easy and reliable setup currently out there.
It has corrupted my memstick twice now. Now I have to sit thru another half-hour while I reformat and put my stuff back on. Please QJ test things out before you post them. Make everyones world alot easier.

ok so it failed a lil while ago and i have been trying to fix it for the past 2 hours. i dont remeber what i did the first time if i did something different but it doesnt work now. when i run it i get: looking for update eboot found update eboot extracting PSAR....! Done! Failed to creat a report file stick may be ful or cant create out folder well when i look in the ms root i find an F0 folder with nothing in it no clue what i did wrong but it doesnt work.(anymore)
yeah it works perfect but i noticed wifi dont work!! i want to do the remote play with my ps3 but it cant do wifi. will it ever do?wondering if thats fixed if we could DL ps1 games off PS store to play on the psp!!? any advice?

Hey, I did not use any firmware installer, and my wifi still works. All u've gotta do is copy ur f1 folder from ur emulated 3.01 and paste it over the 302's f1 folder. And do the rest. Wifi works perfectly... Installers aren't so great you know.. You won't know what went wrong.

when emulating with dev v.0.51.XXX you need to change the cpu clock to 222/111 the wifi will not work if the speed is 333/166.

at least 3.02 went in right not sure 3.01 might be in right but it crashes alot and I cant check system info etc 3.02 works great so far
