Vulpix has come out with another revision to the tgaWave Custom Wave Texture Injector. Now, it seems there aren't any visible changes, so we're not sure how to explain it. We'll just wait for some additional word from Vulpix on the changes to this one relative to version 0.7.
For now, feel free to try out the application. You can also watch the video below for a tutorial or check out the forum post to get additional information. We'll update this with a changelog as soon as we get one.

does qj post up a tutorial video showing a guy mumbling away behind his pc (filled with warez)??? If that is supposed to be a tutorial, then maybe my perception of a tutorial is just wrong.....
you can't hear what he says somtimes, and since it's youtube the quality is so bad you can't see what he clicks. so this is a really bad tutorial
At version .7 you don't need to Hex edit files anymore, so this above video is old.
In older versions you had to remove the first 24 bytes from the targa then create the rco then pad the file(add blank bytes) to it until the file size was 41830 bytes or a bit higher.
.7 auto hex edited the targa(removed the 24 bytes for you) and then padded the rco for you. Some people did not like the auto padding, so .8 asks you if you want to pad the file(it still auto removes the 24 bytes from the targa, just doesn't add bytes to the rco[it asks you]).
What is this about? The tutorial is all done on a pc not a psp and what does it actually do this wave creator on the psp? Can somebody tell me what v 0.7 is about?

see, you have to make the file on a PC first, then put it on your PSP. there is no wave maker that runs ON the psp yet. probably wont be either
