A new PsarDumper with KL4E/KL3E decompressor has been released for 3.80 firmware. The app is reportedly from _HellDashX_ but users are warned before using it as no readme or changelog was provided in the archive.
Make sure you give give your thanks to Coolj and Ketchup for making this release available through their website.
The program has already been reported to work on FW 3.80. Some people - like bmaxadan below in the comments section - have found modules (PRC and RCO) that seem to be related to the Internet Radio in the latest firmware.
Good news all around for the homebrew scene if this new PsarDumper paves the way faster for a custom firmware release. We'll keep you posted.

theres a radioshack.rco and prx also theres a lot of weird stuff in it

Maybe I should get around to start learning to use these since they seem so popular.

DAX said he just wasn't going to do a release until after 3.80 m33 got released. Perhaps in the hopes of having a big head start over other cfw makers? Looks like HellDashX is turning some eyebrows now... good job!
Is this Custom Firmware 3.80?
for some reason it dont workk. may be i did it wrongg ? uh i put it on my psp floder and then i went to my gamee and went to my memory stick and the NEW PSAR DUMPER was there but wen i entered it, it sayz "THE GAME COULD NOT BE STARTED. (80020148)"
what does it do??
I wish I know what this thing does
