According to Freeplay, here's what you have to do:
- Set up a DNS server on your PC. Make radio.psp.dl.playstation. net point to your PC's local IP.
- Set up a web server.
- Mirror: http://radio.psp.dl.playstation.net/psp/radio/player/PLAYER_I/
- Edit the files however you want.
- Set up a network connection using your PC's local IP as the primary DNS server.

this looks just like that except anyone can make an RSS channel a lot easier than they can do this...
this just seems like Sony is running out of ideas...
