Capcom's Monster Hunter Freedom is a complex mix of adventure, hack n' slash, and RPG elements. The game's aim is to complete quests given by various people
in the goal of attaining higher and more prestigious hunting ranks. With a lot of missions, quests,
characters, weapons and more, the variety you find in this game is virtually limitless. Monster Hunter Freedom features both single player and multiplayer campaigns. By using the PSP's ad hoc mode you can play with up to 3 others to gang up on particularly nasty monsters.
Here's a nifty little tip from Thompson Kelly and Chris Jutras on how you can get some easy cash in Monster Hunter Freedom.
All you need is a friend (who has both a PSP and a copy of the game, of course) and an item that sells for a decent amount of money. The item also has to have a rarity level of 3 or less.And then just follow these simple steps:
- Save with the item in your possession.
- Go to the online gathering hall. Your friend should do the same.
- Give the item to your friend and reset the game without saving.
- Reboot your game to the save file. You should still have the item in your inventory. Your friend should also have the item that you gave him in his inventory. Now you've duplicated your items!
- Repeat as many times as possible. When you reckon that you have enough, sell sell sell the items and rake in some easy cash.

I don't really consider this an exploit. Since someone mentioned Pokemon I remeber the exploit in the red and blue versions back in the day where you could get the "Glitch" pokemon which would then mess up your game but at least you'd have one funky lookin pokemon. this is lame. and I am usually a supporter of qj through all the bashing but this is not news.

It's official, QJ has gone downhill.
Firstly, great job on giving away a SIMPLE method that has been around for 2 years since Monster Hunter on the PS2 you pr1cks. Secondly, you shouldnt credit these two guys as its been done and documented before with MH1 and 2 on the PS2, its known as 'dumping' and was even listed on gamefaqs for a while, so not really hard to find out at all... these guys did NOT come up with it. Seriously, just play the game and earn money you cheating scum, you get it quick enough if you have skill, but then, obviously if your using this you dont have the skill to go slay 8 ku in the arena quest, sell the bits and earn 20 grand for 30 minutes work. Tell you what, send me your PSP and copy of MH freedom, and I'll clock it for you puss1es... saves you actually learning how to play the game or getting good at it without all the high up weapons. God I cant wait for MH2 and PvP so I can stomp these noobs faces in repeatedly with a hunters dagger and no armour while there using Eternal Annhilator and Full Aurorus... LMAO!! The game has a playtime of 400 hours plus easily, yet some people would rather item spawn and 'dump' for easy cash than just play the game, seriously, why bother spending the money on it if your going to skip 90% of the playtime on it. these same people then ***** the games too easy or too short, well it will be if you dont work at it. Again with this point QJ, this method was NOT discovered by these two lamers, its been around for years, get your facts right when posting this kind of garbage. All you people who use this crap, I feel sorry for you, its a good job this isnt properly online or youd be facing some sh1t for posting this QJ. Although youve already got the backs of most of the commentors in here up. Please remove this damn exploit. Some of us have put HOURS into playing the game, its infuriating to see this stuff posted for noobs to get the good stuff the easy way..
Oh by the way, this exploit is also documented as screwing saves up on the PS2 so hopefully it does the same on the PSP and corrupts the sh1t out of them :D
lol.. this have been around for ages! One of the easiest way to make ALOT of money is through kut ku arean. kill the bird carve and sell. Can easily make 15K to 20K in one go.

Although I am technically inclined, I have owned MHF2 (PSP) since day 1 and haven't known of this 'exploit'. Ok, I am a casual gamer whom tends to read up on QJ almost on a daily basis, but honestly, I don't need to hear the ***** that some of the "hardcore" teenagers that have already known of this exploit of some time. Ok, so some of you have known this since the PS2 game was release. Not to offend you or anything, but everyone does not get sloshed/bakes on a 24/7 basiss and play video games. I understand that games may take a *****-load of time to play, and some players are WAY (elabourate WAY) ahead of some other players, but there's no need for you to start bashing a website for what they report. So they may be reporting old news. So what? It may be new news to some (akin to myself). If you've got so much to complain about, stop *****in' complaining about it and go somewhere else. Too long for any real use. All you need is 2 PSPs, 1 UMD, and 2 Mem Sticks. Copy your data onto both, then load up one with an empty inventory and the other with one filled with whatever you need. Both enter the online whatever, then trade over all the items, save, repeat. It's not useful as you can only trade potions and other crappy items like that. Is helpful for flash bombs and such though...
selling scales and other items with count of 50 and up is good easy way for money using this cheat but i found so far the best to trade and make money is 99 of the ku coins and sell em after a few tries at this, 100 a piece, it adds up nicely. also gets points for farm upgrade quickly
