Yolarry's GTA Cheat Device Pack 2.71 SE-C UMF Installer sure got you guys excited, didn't it? And it most definitely was successful. But as there have been some concerns regarding the use of USB flash0, Yolarry's tweaked with his brew a bit, this time, out of coldbird's UMF.Now, he says he's definitely confident that this GTA Cheat Device Pack 3.03 OE-C v2 does not brick your PSP. In fact, he's tried it on a clean 3.03 OE-C PSP himself. While we do trust him, we still won't be lax in telling you to be careful when installing this, or any application for that matter. Make caution and prudence something of second nature, to be sure.
Anyhow, for those not exactly in the know, what this GTA Cheat Device Pack does is to help flash prx's of vcscheatdevic.prx and lcscheatdevic.prx to your precious Sony handhelds without bricking it. The instructions for installation are included in the file archive, so it would be best if you check out the Readme for it. However, he does have this warning for you:
Do not try to installed both VCS & LCS cheatdevice or else the game wont function or no sound. Do not installed any other firmwares, this is only for Dark_AleX 3.03 OE-C. If you have any prx's loaded in your pspbtcnf_game.txt, this program will overwrite it!
And as for his witty changelog: V2 beta - Complete redo! V1 is expired! So there. Again, do not confuse Yolarry as the author of cheat device. It's Edison Carter who did it, and Yolarry packed it.

easy to install for noobs.
I screw up with the readme. I was going to release it beta but I thought well its best to release it without the word beta. lol
This works with 3.10 OE-A' right???
why can't be put this in our ms0:/SEplugins instead?
Most of us are on 3.10 OE-A. So why are all themes and now this cheat device only for 3.03-OE-C?
no real need to update to 3.10 oe its pointless

LCS Cheat Device doesn't work for me. It just makes my game fereze and then my PSP turns off. I can't test VCS Cheat Device because I don't have VCS.
I tested the plugins in ms0:/seplugins and they work! so there's no need to flash to your PSP, just put them in the seplugins folder, open up GAME.txt and add the line: ms0:/seplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx or for LCS ms0:/seplugins/lcscheatdevice.prx ^^
we've known that forever... this pack is just for those of us who want to flash it... no offence :/

This is only for 3.03 OE-C Why do you guys want 3.10? Some people cant get Plugins working on there memory sticks like me. Some people with a Lexar or Sandisk won't work. I guess it have to be sony card or faster stick.
Besides for Zoom, Volume enhancement, second controller port, and brightness feature for the PSX emulator, along with the save memory on the web browser feature. 3.10 is better unless... Oh wait you want to customize your XMB icons. Sweet.
You people who are on 3.10 OE A or A' are just obsessed with having the latest firmware. I stick with whats the best. You idiots can just keep flashing ***** till you all brick your psp's.

I did as the readme told, flashed the VCS version of the cheatdevice, now the game won't start and the PSP shuts down every time I start VCS. How can I fix this? (I'm using 3.03 OE-C)
I installed the VCS after LCS and I did not know that this would happen. Now none of the cheatdevices work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, how can I fix this plzz helppppp. Thx in advance.

i have 3.10 oe a caus when i dg my 3.03 i got overwhelmed n just flashed 3.10 oe a. its not bad i got all my ps1 games running, pspiso.com has full game downloads n i can run the games off ms so its good but i want this and custom icons
so we just install it n go to the memory stick n click vcs cheat divice? tats it?
