So you wanna use the wonderful cheat device that Edison Carter made for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories without the need for Devhook or Recovery Mode. What are you going to do?Well, if you're Yolarry, you'll make a Coldbird installer for the the GTA Cheat Device. He recently came up with the GTA Cheat Device Pack 2.71 SE-C UMF Installer, which uses Coldbird's Universal Module Flasher to get the job done. The pack currently overwrites MP3 prx installer data files, so you may want to be extremely careful when using this to get your GTA cheats.
One other thing to note is that this doesn't have an actual readme file for installation. It will definitely assume that you know your way around homebrew, so make sure you know what you're doing or you might lose some data or overwrite the above-mentioned files.

Why? Can't we just use the prx from the memstick without the risk of bricking?
man I want one that works for 2.8.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this homebrew can install and unstall it. so you cant risk bricking if dont modify the files.
what I do if I was you is to unstall the mp3 prx and then delete all the mp3 prx files and put my files on it.
how do i use this???i know how to install it but how do i load the cheat menu?
1 you cant install both prxs 2 it kills the sound off every game after(including iso/cso) 3 the home button doesnt work so you tell me.....

Yes bob, thats why I have 2 eboots. Just wait I making a new one that actully got a readme. @ bill cosby Just load the psp on your root and then exit out of usb mode then go to game and go to VCS or LCS Cheat Device.
