Yes, you can! This catchphrase certainly fits the context here as we are regaled with this YouTube video of JoblessPunk playing none other than Diablo II: Lord of Destruction on a PSP Slim.

Using JJS' PSPdisp homebrew application, JoblessPunk used it to play the famous action-RPG game for Windows. Check it out below.

You like? I knew you would. Here are the controls for this game:

Controls:

  • ■ = Left Click
  • X = Right Click
  • ▲ = Alt
  • O = I
  • Analog Stick = Mouse
  • Directional Pad Up = F1
  • Directional Pad Left = F2
  • Directional Pad Right = F3
  • Directional Pad Down = F4
  • R Trigger = Shift
  • L Trigger = W
  • Select = 1
  • Start = 2
  • Home = Esc
If you're interested to try it out, I suggest you get to downloading JSS' PSPdisp. Come on, it's been out since January!

It's neat, and I love DII, but...

If you need to plug into a computer to play it, then why not just use your computer to play it? Makes more sense to me. Not trolling or anything, it's good stuff, but I just don't see how this is practical.

:(

so u need to plug it in your com first?
by Nathanias - 2009-05-12 18:00:56
So it would seem...

The video has it plugged in, and the program itself says you need to be plugged in.

The sound in the vide doesn't come from the psp, you can clearly hear he is using bigger speakers

Diablo II? Pff.

Show me a vid of someone doing this with Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst, and THEN I'll be interested. (That isn't to say this is neat, because this is)
