The Dream of PSP Firmware 3: A Video |

More power. More gadgets. More coolness. More money. More of everything. Right now though, it would just be nice to get a little more out of the PSP.
Apparently, someone agrees, and has put up a dream video of sorts in youtube. For firmware 3.0, computerwiz wants a PSP GPS, a PSP Camera, and an Emulator, as well as some weird quirky things like Sony Paint.
It's funny to watch, and while we're not sure which parts will be fact and which will be fiction, it's still wonderful to dream that big dream. Enjoy!

I thought those were screens of fake things that were posted here before.

GREAT MUSIC! Breaking Ben is from my city so they're a local band to me :). #7, the song is called "Blow Me Away" and it was only released on the halo 2 soundtrack.
The camera looks nice because it is low profile on top of the PSP, but the GPS looks like it could be a pain in the ass because of how far it sticks up... they should lay it down or something.

some of the stuff is true, like the camera and the GPS, but those PS3 screens were announced fake ages ago.

How is this news? Someone takes images from all the previous fake 3.00 videos and combines them into one, and you frontpage it??
That was pathetic. All they did was steal the fake 3.00 images from a few months ago and a few real photos and stick them into Windows Movie Maker. I could do that in a couple of minutes

This was stupid. Yeah, it's fake but whoever put the video together just collected all the fake 3.00 pictures in the past few months and set it to music and suddenly it deserves to be on the front page? You know there's homebrew games in the forums who don't get this kind of recognision but this does? Stupid.
these are old pics that i saw weeks ago, there fake,
if u saw the pics of the ps1 emulator u will notice that the lines in the backround are in the same spot, thats means its fake
Even if it's real, I'm still not upgrading. Upgrade beyond 2.6 and you lose homebrew forever. I will wait months or even years until it is decrypted for Devhook, because by that time 1.5 will be very rare as all the noobs upgrade for bull***** like this.
the first images were fakes that we saw last year, the first oen that showed the PSP was just a PSP with the PS3 interface form a demo video photoshopped on it.
the pics of the emulator interface were all fakes also. none of this was new, its all bullplop, anythign real we already lknew about, this is a noob video..

I love the shot that said 14.6 GB's left. That would be awesome even though I could prob never afford a 20gb mem stick lol. Still would be lovely though.

Most of those 3.0 Pictures were proven fake and the Playstation Emulator interface was also proven fake.... jeez get your facts straight...
Americans spell "organiser" organizer, not every word is spelt the same as the American way. Or did you just copy everything in Word to see if anyone spelt a word incorrectly?

if its real have him put the update and u idiot the psp is supposed to be able to comunicate to the ps3 and thats y it says ps3
it was fake, but some of those pics are real... like the psp camera & the gps thing, those are actual prototypes of the gps & camera shown at E3 2006.. the rest like the emulator was fake, cuz they also had shown a psp running ridge racer (ps1), ran straight from the memory stick, not having to open any external program... & the "connect to music store" thing that's also fake... others were fake too, but still... the gps & camera are things to look forward to... & also the emulator.. can't wait... just a few more weeks... hopefully...
This ain't real, the PS3 logo is incorrect and the emulation app. has been reported fake.
