You've probably seen the video, and made use of the information we've given about 3.30 Open Edition Revision A, but how about some friendly advice for the newcomers to our site, right? Well, we have a quick hyperlink guide for you guys to use if you're trying to decide between upgrading your PSP or not, as well as instructions on installing the new versions.

The Custom Firmware Extender plugin no longer works for me after I updated to 3.30 OE-A, it was working in 3.10 OE-A'
i have 3.11 firmware...is this gonna work for 3.11 firmware??..pls reply me...teach me how to upgrade
You need firmware 3.03 or lower to get this. Go to this site for some guides: www.psp-temple.com
you must have a firmware that can run homebrew. unfortunaltely, yours does NOT run homebrew (currently.) You must have at least a firmware of 1.5 to 3.10 OE-A' You cannot update to a custom firmware directly from an official firmware such as 3.11. In short. You can't update to it (with your current firmware.) Sorry. If you wait long enough though, a downgrader may come for your psp firmware.
until i see that it really is better than 3.03 OE-C.

i ahvent seen a reason not to, a newer firmware, still supports custom icons, and doesnt have the problems when returning from sleep mode that 3.10 oe-a' did so why not upgrade

So does anyone have a clue when they are going to come out with a downgraders. Sad to say, I have just recently found out that you can do all of this stuff with your psp and I am already upgraded to 3.30 sony.
and the custom icons still do have probs. Can brick your psp if you have the wrong one. and who knows,there might be more cons coming.
Why did you upgrade. You didn't know about homebrew or something? (makes sense) Sadly, it will take forever to downgrade a newer firmware. Every security hole is pretty much patched. The developers never really did hack it, just merely bypass the security.

hi, QJ making mad profit off this recent news. And they are smart too. Make several update news before the real release, generate around 3000 jumps. Then post the real release generating an astounding 1300 jumps within 12 hours!!! Then continue the click-bait news with more OE updates!! ROFL!! Don't believe me? I read that the 3.30 OE-A there is a problem with the popsloader? does that mean that it can't play PSX games? or ISOS? and in the 3.10 OE-A DAX added PAL support to the psx emulator. is pal support like multi player option or what?

Do I need to get POPS and can I run them directly through the ISO folder now?
People just use a modechip to go to 1.50 and to 3.30 OE-A. I was at 3.11. http://www.modchipstore.com/ to buy one.

I defanitely will update SOMEday to a newer custom firmware, but 3.03 OEC is the best still according to me. custom icons, and no features yet to make me need 3.30. if you get custom icons working again though for 3.30 OEB or something though, then you better bet you'll have my download.
i upgraded from 3.03 oe_c to 3.10 oe_a' because 3.03 oe_c cannot run 20gb ps3 remote play via home wifi, but the 3.10 oe_a' can. now i can browse on my psp using ps3 browser technology, flash9 yeah.

I get about 5-15 cents per click on my site.
Im not sure about the 3.30 OE b/c it is still not clear on what is still built in and what is removed. In my case (a firmware 3.03 OE-C) I just put the eboot game (converted with a converter found here on dl.qj.net, and converts img. iso, CD, etc.) and place the file(s) in a folder located in PSP\GAME\*name of foleder*\EBOOT.pbp. The iso folder is used for backed up games from the umd.
You can't upgrade from an official firmware to a custom firmware. And you know the answer to the downgrader. If there is one then it will be all over the internet in seconds. (Still not sure? The answer is no. Currently there is no word on any downgraders.)
you can't. If you can somehow manage to combine the two discs then you might be able to do so.
Do you know how many people are able to mod a psp? Not that many compared to the newbies coming everytime. Besides, modchips can cause errors with a custom firmware so its not as good as a standard psp.

FFVII works in 3.30OE as good as in 3.03OE, 3.10OE And al the cwcheatplugin users... ***** I N G G A Y CHEATERS
And FF8 still crashes for me... Anyone else having the same problems?

I Just beat parasite eve disc 1 on pops an I can't play disc 2 want kind of bull S**** is that how do play a 2 disc game some one help me please this ***** sucks I want to beat parasite eve
dont know if this works, but try to put the second disk on a second stick with same name, folder and sles or whatever, then just switch the stick during gameplay
Disc 2 first battle with deus.....about when he has 10000 hp left he attacks someone and then goes to do something else and the game freezes I used a near Mint Original PSX disc to convert to EBOOT too so i know its not the source data
only plugins such as cheats dont work only you can play psx games still that is part of the SONY firmware
