neur0n Knocks Out An Update For 6.39 ME & LME |
Listed in: Firmware Tags: 6.39 lme, 6.39 me, Custom Firmware, neur0n, playstation portable, psp hacks

The latest firmware available to users these days is 6.60 in both official and custom formats. Those that are out of the loop by choice or not, may have their handhelds running on outdated firmwares in the 6.xx and even the 5.xx series. If your PSP is on one of these firmwares, then maybe it's time for an update.
neur0n has released an update to his 6.39 ME & LME custom firmwares for the PSP lineup. The 9.8 update offers a bugfix and introduces a new feature. The text within the recovery menu can now be changed to different colors such as blue and a bug encountered while using the "Speed Up MS" function has been fixed.
The latest update can be downloaded below. Use the ME version if you're looking for a permanent installation (That's if and only IF your PSP can support such), and LME for a temporary install and if your PSP does not support a permanent one.
