problem with accessing configuration

after update to 351m33 am having trouble entering the configuration when I presss R at the start of my psp. anyone know how to resolve this issue.

i dont have it but....

try holding select and R to gether but idk i dont have it yet im waitting till i find some GOOD feed back on a cfw befor i update to any cfw
