You can never get enough power these days, with iPods, PSP, Laptops and other gadgets there always seems to be something on charge and sometimes there aren't even enough plug sockets to charge them in - especially whilst on the move. The Xantrex PowerSource Mobile 100 can charge via the two available USB ports or through the AC outlet, giving PSPs 12 hours of additional gaming time, 2 hours of notebook life and 3 whole days worth of airtime for your iPod Nano. Here's the full list of features:

Converts 12 Vdc power from a vehicle battery into 120 Vac power
Three-prong AC outlet to handle all chargers and adapters for mobile electronics
Blue LED on/off indicator

4.0 Ah lithium ion battery pack
LED battery status/charge status indicator
Over-temperature shutdown

» things that make you go hmmmmm

Ok I see the USB ports but this does PSP owners no good. So you must take your charger cord with you anyway....and where does someone go where there are no electricity outlets...seems kind of a waste for the PSP. Good for people who live in dirt and desert surrounding but useless for city folk!

with a surge protector or something you could set up your car to play a ps2. Heck, why not set up your desktop computer in your car... I managed to get a set of two good condition batteries for 13 dollars, for 120 i could nearly get 20 batteries. Way too expensive, cute idea though.

for some things this would be great. some things are unrealistic. this however can be put to good use.
