PSP super-case

Here comes yet another quirky and particularly expensive product straight from the Japanese Playstation site: PS PictogramTM × ZERO HALLIBURTON(R) PSP case.

Show everyone just how high up you are in the gaming hierarchy and strut around the city with this shiny thing in hand. Available in silver and black, this exclusive PSP hard case has been created specifically for keeping your PSP, its accessories and your UMDs safe, dry and snug. And from the looks of the thing, it seems that you and your PSP can also possibly be kept safe from bullets and various other types of projectiles. And it probably should, considering that the case costs a cool ¥ 59,000 or around US$ 512.

Now, if only it came with a matching set of Pictogrammed handcuffs so that you can latch the whole thing safely on your wrist... After all, you'll never know when the Sony Mafioso starts coming after your homebrew.

Haliburton?

Haliburton? Is Cheney making a buttload of profit off of this?
by - 2006-12-01 18:57:51
uhh, not made by Haliburton

The product name is, "PS PictogramTM × ZERO HALLIBURTON(R)." The manufacturer is Sony. Aside from games, I think everything on Sony's website is made by Sony. If you click on the link under the name description you will see 'maker name' with some Japanese writing next to it. The Japanese says 'Sony Computer Entertainment.' Might want to change the title to "Keep your PSP nice and safe with the Zero Halliburton, which would be more accurate. This also comes in black.

Rip off!!!

The only good thing about this is that you can beat the crap out of DS fanboys using your PSP causing mayor Ownag3 but it isnt washable. For the price it should protect me against hell itself or at least give me a free PS3 (Or some tools to get it free). "Is Cheney making a buttload of profit off of this?" . The short answer is YES.

Haha

Indeed... and a gun, in case I need to shoot a DS fanboy
by - 2006-12-01 22:49:09
.

This thing would be the equivelant to when some kid puts a $5000 stereo system in his car, then throws a few hundred dollars worth of stickers on the car to brag about what he has. You know, the same kid that you see crying a few weeks later when he can't figure out why the system that he adverstised was in his car has been stolen. . . This is similar to that. It's like the "I have something expensive, come knock down my grandma and steal it" add-on for your PSP.
