Go!Edit for Europe's Go!Cam now available |

A couple of days ago, Europe's PSP community enjoyed the release of the Go!Cam digital camera attachment, aka the Chotto Shotto camera in Japan. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) is following up this good tidings by announcing the release of the Go!Edit application for the PSP.This official Sony app is an editing program intended to compliment the Go!Cam, and will allow viewers several creative ways to view and edit any videos/pictures they have loaded on the PSP's memory stick. One feature users may take a liking to is the app's ability to convert videos into .AVI format - easing up the process of transferring files for the PC.
The download link and user's manual should be available at the read link below - you will need to have an active account with either WipeoutPure.com or EU's PlayStation.com begin your download. The Go!Cam is currently out in Europe for an estimated price of € 49.99 (£ 34.99, US$ 67).

So now the UK gets more peripherals for the PSP while the US and Canada are still screwed, though hopefully it will be here soon.
This need to be released in the US. Canadian should be last on the list.

What codec does the .avi use? and why not use .mp4 format?

well i have the chotto shot camera i downloaded this and put it on GAME340 and it's loads but it's gives me load error and press home any one got it to work please tell me thanks in advance :)
works fine for me. put the folder in game (not game340) and use 3.40 kernal. loads fine here, now i've just got to buy the cam lol
but im from England and always hear about Canada and how they suck or should be last and how everyone hates them and Americans get insulted if you call them Canadian but im from UK i don't understand why everyone doesn't like them, can anyone tell me why please?

The GoCam isn't released in europe yet. I think the release date is the 26th.

I got the camera today but when I download GoEdit software I get this message. Download failed Check failed. The downloaded file may be corrupt or you may not be using the recommended version of Java. It keeps doing this for some strange reason.

It's not even in English. And the little camera character is all pixelated... This is horrible. The Japanese game is better.
downloaded it. i got a chotto shot from ebay 2 months ago. HAD BIG PROBLEMS RUNNING THIS ON CUSTOM FIRMWARE! had to upgrade to 3.40 oe-a then stick it in game folder (not game340) and do run in 3.40 kernel! also, seems like a dodgy translation, but it works ok, a bit slow on memory stick......its a big file: 80mb! just a re-made iso of it....

This cam on high quality is awsome!!! It's just like an ok camcorder, just a bit more bumpy. You will not think its a waste of money when you see the picture.

I got a chotto shot from ebay like 6 months ago and it is a great camera i use it a lot. would someone upload the software for us who arent registered
