Cyberpunk 2077 Details and a Confirmed Multiplayer |

Although details on what we can expect from Witcher Developer CD Projekt RED’s new open world RPG are thin we do have some news about how Cyberpunk 2077 will stand apart from other RPGS you’ve played over the years.

Due for release sometime in 2015 Cyberpunk 2077 takes a different track to how to define the player’s role and their experiences in the game. While being set in a futuristic world it already takes a different track than most RPG’s do as it is generally dominated by fantasy and not science fiction. Also in an effort to separate it from traditional RPG’s Cyberpunk 2077will not revolve around a pre-defined hero. This will allow for more freedom to choose who you are and what you do. For instance in a traditional RPG the option to slaughter civilians isn’t available as it would be against your heroes character and the story in general.
Players will have the ability to choose from different character classes which we can assume will have different abilities and weaknesses. But the more impressive addition is inclusion of a multiplayer. Cyberpunk 2077 is still a long way off from its release in 2015 and these details are subject to change as development moves forward, but if all goes according to plan we will see it released on PC and next gen consoles with a story unlike any other we’ve played.
