Fifa 2012 ad tells you to "Love Football, Play Football"

After Gamescom, EA Sports thought they'd share the love with all their real fans out there with this new trailer.

The game has some nice little visuals in it with a family man playing the game with his kid before going into some in-depth fantasy to sell you the latest Fifa iteration.

The game has a good shot at being the most family friendly ad I've seen all year with a great focus on a man going through life telling his kid how to play a game, which if anyone has ever had an older sibling, can mildly empathise.

The budget must have been insane for the video as the clip traverses the world, taking some breathtaking shots of some good old football (soccer) matches, mud slinging, some domestic fighting and a bit of gameplay footage.

The whole ad is about emotion, intensity and connection and I think it does it all incredibly well, especially for something that's just a sports game.
