Having long been a PC Games only company, Blizzard are now looking to re-enter the Console market thanks to some handy information that has surfaced from Blizzcon 2011.
With the Star Wars: ToR about to be unleashed on the MMORPG community, Blizzard are making moves, into the Xbox and Playstation arenas! Josh Mosquiera, Lead Console Designer for Blizzard took a moment to speak with Destructoid during Blizzcon 2011.
"We're not announcing anything because, literally, there's three of us on the team right now ... but that's what we're trying to do... We're trying to build the best console team at Blizzard. Blizzard is really serious about going back to the console"

There is no official announcement yet that Diablo 3 will make its way to consoles, Yet!
Blizzards last attempt to enter the console market was with Starcraft: Ghost, which never eventuated into a fully finished product and was cancelled.
Obviously the take-away here is that their approach to console development is very minimalist, with only three members on the team to approach the console agenda.
On the Diablo 3 Developer panel, Blizzard developer Jay Wilson spoke a little more about the console version of the game.
"The movement actually feels better on the controller,Targeting is the issue. Most of the schemes the team has come up for choosing what to attack and loot require a reticule, "which we really don't want to do. Monster distribution and AI also feels a little bit different from the PC version."
