Matt, there's a debate on the boards that Zelda looks as good as the next gen games. what do you think?
Matt responds: Twilight Princess looks great, but in my humble opinion it's not on the same visual level as some of the early graphical powerhouses on next-generation systems. I'd say all of the following games are more beautiful than the new Zelda for different reasons. (And I'm not trying to downplay Zelda's beauty -- it's just hard to compete when developers are working on more powerful hardware than GameCube.) But before I list them, a note: all of the following images are running in real-time on Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3. So-called "real-time representations" like the Killzone PS3 demo have been excluded from my list because there's no proof that these examples are anything but renders.
