Bioshock Infinite regains help of 2K Australia |

2K Australia has a slightly confusing history with its name changes.
First it was working under the Irrational Games banner, then, after the first Bioshock title was released, they became 2k Australia.
To cut a long story short (ish), they were recently included under the 2K Marin banner, but are now back as 2K Australia.
A good thing for the Australian game development industry that is sorely lacking since the folding of big name studios like Team Bondi (who worked on L.A. Noire).
Ken Levine, head of Irrational games, believes that working with former sister studio 2K Australia 'fits' perfectly.
Bioshock infinite is set for release in 2012 on the PS3, PC and Xbox 360 and looks to incorporate a number of political story line aspects from around the world (including some aspects of the Occupy Wall Street Movement)
My first question for Ken is whether on not this will mean they are likely to incorporate some sort of stereo typical Australian accent for an in-game character or faction in Infinite, amongst many others for him (like when can I play!).
Having someone jump out and yell "Crikey!" as they unload a machine gun in to me does have its appeal however!

This is a good step in helping revive the development industry in Australia, and will hopefully help see Bioshock Infinite become even greater than it is already looking.
