XCOM: Enemy Unknown has been getting a fair amount of attention from the so-called master race of PC users, but it's also coming out on consoles tomorrow. It's a bit of a throwback, what with it being turn-based and allowing you to think about your moves and actions before making them. Fans of old games in the milieu and tabletop RPGs and wargames alike should have a blast playing it by all appearances.
Anyway, to kick it all off Firaxis Games has put out a launch trailer that gives us some up-close-and-personal shots of the various soldiers and monsters. It doesn't exactly showcase what the gameplay is all about, but it's pretty cool nonetheless.
It's out tomorrow - anyone checking this one out? I think I'm sold.
