2K Games has officially pinned down the released date of the hotly-aticipated XCOM reboot.
An E3 2011 trailer
2K Games has announced that XCOM, the long awaited reboot of X-Com series, currently development at its 2K Marin studio, will be coming to the PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC on March 6, 2012 in North America and March 9, 2012 internationally.
“Every time I think of XCOM it gives me the chills, the kind that come from standing witness to the corruption and destruction of your world as you stand powerless to prevent it,” said Christoph Hartmann, president of 2K. “I’m pleased to announce today that we will be bringing this experience to an even broader audience when XCOM comes to the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in March 2012.”
The series reboot was officially announced last year. The game puts you in the shoes of William Carter, an FBI agent tasked with identifying a mysterious growing threat and eliminating it at any cost.

X-COM is still considered one of the top ten PC games of all time. Which is pretty damn impressive... especially when you consider that the game is 17 years old.
And you've decided to make a shooter... Thankfully your website lists your address so I know where to mail some of my crap. That out to help the programming team with giving birth to this massive turd of fail.
