Ready for a little Borderlands 2 DLC? You’d better be, because Captain Scarlett and her Pirate’s Booty Launches today. If you’re stuck at work or simply can’t hop into the game to check out Oasis right now, perhaps this launch trailer will be sufficient:
In summary: weird worm monster, deadly pirates, the word “swashbuckling,” a new zone to explore, anchors, bones, a new vehicle, new weapons, new enemies and new quests. You know, your basic pirate-themed expansion with a delicious Borderlands twist. There's even clever dialogue! Looks like a good one from Gearbox.
Oh, and don’t forget that little part about Scarlett promising to stab you in the back. It will probably come in handy later on when she stabs you in the back.
