Uncharted 3 mini-TV drama coming from Sony Japan |

Never mind the movie, that one's still undergoing a lot of birthing pains. This one is for real, and it's happening as soon as next week.

Sony Japan is bringing Nathan Drake to the small screen, at least in Japan, and you can check him and his adventures out come October 4th (US time).
According to TV Tokyo, the Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception TV "drama" will be a seven-minuter, adapting the storyline for the upcoming PS3-exclusive title. As to how faithful this will be, we don't know exactly.
I am a little iffy about this "drama" version of Uncharted 3, so I'd personally just rather take it as a seven-minute long advertisement instead of an actual TV drama. Since it's showing only in Japan, we'll just have to wait until videos of it show up on YouTube, and then we can see for ourselves what this really is all about.
Uncharted 3 ships out to North America on November 1st, while Japan picks it up November 2nd. That gives you sufficient time to decide whether or not you'll be picking up the rad Collector's Edition. Uncharted 3 will also be playable at the PlayStation Access on September 29th, happening in Bristol, so if you're in the area, then be sure not to miss it, too!
