You'll have 65 different vehicles to take control of in Sleeping Dogs (which is what became of True Crime: Hong Kong), including cars, bikes, and boats. Of course, driving the vehicles will only be a small part of what you'll be doing in them; there will be a fair amount of killing and blowing stuff up in them as well.
This new trailer for the game is all about "high performance action driving" and features ramming, illegal street racing, action hijacking involving jumping from your motorcycle onto a car (physics be damned), massive jumps and stunts, and of course high speed gun battles. Looks like good times for one and all.
Sleeping Dogs will be out this August. Anyone looking forward to this one?

Anyways, OT. At least I'm glad Square saved this game from being vaporware. Loved the True Crime games and I'm definitely getting this game Day 1.

They want...
- A new CoD every year
- A new Madden that everyone swears is the best game ever made... Yeah right...
- A new faggity ass Mario game every year.
- A new shitty ass Zelda game every year.
- GoW 1,2,3 and ME 1,2,3 Halo 1,2,3,4,Reach, ODST. Give me a break.
- New WoW Content every year get over it...
- EVERYTHING NEEDS MULTIPLAYER because if we don't we will say its shit and give it a 5 out of 10 because we all know sonic generations was graded unfairly because it had no multiplayer... (Best Sonic game for next gen btw)
Games in the golden 90 and early 2000 was all about two things... INNOVATION and CREATION. You don;t see games like Boogerman, Streets of Rage,Shenmue, True Crimes La and NY (both underrated titles thanks to the GTA swarm of 3-SA). How about the games that pushed the barriers of your mind and actually make you devise a strategy to win like Final Fantasy Tactics for PSX or GBA and also Tactics Ogre included. The Story does not matter anymore...
I firmly believe if Call of Duty made a single player where you start out in a plane Airdrop into a city shoot through to the other side with a few curse words thrown in, A chase scene happens then have some movie ending it'll be acceptable then Make 70 multiplayer maps it MUST BE THE GREATEST GAME EVER!!!!.... Bullshit I am going to school to make games and I am afraid for the market because of disrespectful people that think games are better if they have a name stamped to it and are re-wrapped remakes. Makes me sad to see the glory days go. I just hope that 2012 means that all idiots from this world die. Then all the normal people can rally up and actually make a society that will withstand the test of time.
All in all what I am trying to say is... I am excited for Sleeping Dogs! Thank you Square-Enix for saving this title from those greedy assholes at activision.
