Street Fighter is a great series.

Tekken is a great series.

So what happens when they come together? Something awesome we hope...now add one of the toughest gaming rigs you could make, some buddies and one of those USB connected pads that makes you fight like a Japanese kid on meth and you may have one of the most fun games around.

Now excluding that drug related part, I'm here to confirm that Street Fighter x Tekken is going to be on the PC when the game is released next year. Hopefully optimised for PC's like how Street Fighter 4 wasn't, the game could be actually pretty interesting if they have a separate dev team focusing on the PC version, whether it's Capcom, Bandai or both.

The importance of Japanese games focusing on PC is quite a rare feat, as the Japanese population, while incredibly tech heavy, does not have a great culture in regards to PC gaming. Compared to their neighbours in countries such as China and Korea, however, having a game with two fairly large franchises having a PC port, could actually increase a PC gamership...or even better a cross platform win fest equivalent to International Arcade Tournaments.
