Sony releases what could be a PS Home teaser video |

Sony has released a tantalizing new live-action trailer for... something. We don't know what, exactly, but it does seem to include quite a few nods to PlayStation exclusive franchises like Resistance, Killzone, and Ratchet & Clank. It features a small group of soldiers going to a castle (could be a fort, though). Once there, they leave their weapons behind and enter a room full of the sound of people talking.
The general concensus seems to be that the trailer is for the PlayStation Home redesign that Sony recently announced. Through the redesign, Sony hopes to make Home a hub for social games. One of the new features revealed is a futurustic transit place called the Hub where users can engage in games, quests, community events, and other activities online. From the Hub, users can transfer directly into free games or go from one game genre to the next.
Sony has yet to officially announce a date for the new Home's launch. The end of the trailer shows an October 5th date, though, so if it really is a teaser for Home then that's going to be the date to look forward to.

In any case, this is 100% for the FPS in Home they are adding, as the screenshot reveals the same type of weapon the two guys are using in this video.
