Slipknot is back on Rock Band next week

The quintessential modern metal favorites will bring four more tracks in the Rock Band 3 catalog.

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of their 2001 album Iowa with the upcoming 2CD/DVD reissue, Harmonix will be adding four new head banging tracks from Slipknot. Included in the update is “Wait and Bleed” from their 1999 self titled debut album, along with the iconic track “Left Behind” from Iowa, "Pulse of the Maggots” from their 2004 Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) album and the ballad “Snuff” from their recent studio release, 2009’s All Hope is Gone.

Available on the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii starting September 27th, these tracks will include:

Slipknot – “Wait and Bleed” X
Slipknot – “Left Behind”
Slipknot – “Pulse of the Maggots”
Slipknot – “Snuff” X

All original master recordings, each track will cost US$ 1.99 / 160 MS Points / 200 Wii Points while the “Slipknot Pack 02” will set you back US$ 5.49 on all three platforms. As always, songs marked with an "X" will include Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions for US$ 0.99 per song. If you missed this week's update, a full load of Nirvana tracks have been released to the ever growing Rock Band library.
