Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood was a hit with the fans, not solely for its gripping gameplay, but also for its gripping storyline.

It's so gripping, in fact, that the cliffhanger ending has got everyone yearning for more. That is about to be satisfied with the release of the upcoming sequel, Assassin's Creed: Revelations -- or at least seven out of whatever 10 questions you may have.

Said creative director Alex Amancio, "Keep in mind we're following the typical trilogy structure. So of course, everything can't be answered." He does went on to reassure though that, "[A]t the same time, we want to avoid what I like to fall the X-Files effect, where you risk crumbling the weight of your own mythology, so a lot of doors have been left open."

If they're promising some 7/10 of your questions from Brotherhood being answered here in Revelations, then that title seems to be rather spot-on. Explained Amancio how they arrived at this number, "I forgot where it is on the web, somebody did a 'Top 10 Things Fans Want To Know About Assassin's Creed, and in that top 10 list, we actually answer seven."

"People are going to go, 'Oh, okay, I get it!', or, 'I never thought they were going to show me that!', and it sets you up for what's to come." No need to rush the answers. After all, this is a trilogy, and there'd be more to come in the series.

In the meantime, though, there's Assassin's Creed: Revelations to look forward to, specifically come November 15th. And even before that, a beta will be making its way to the PSN next month.

They'll probably be answering seven then adding thirteen more questions.
