PS3 Skyrim glitch gives sketchy framerates |
Listed in: News Tags: bethesda skyrim patch, elder scrolls, skyrim, skyrim glitches
Skyrim is an intensive game and expansive, to say the very least, so big that if you get to about 20-30 hours into the game, it looks like your save file could start to experience some serious frame rate issues. The game itself starts to lag when it gets to 6MB as the video below has proven to some users.
Talking to some friends online who have played the game and have been carefully monitoring their File Sizes, some have reached 7MB in just a few days and are waiting out the problems. Bethesda claims to be looking at the issues and will release a patch. Skyrim hasn't proven to be glitchy on the other consoles in this way, there have been a few hilarious glitches such as firebolting dragon skeletons and horses that have taken flight and infinite arrows and the amusing thievery glitch we saw earlier this month

overall I though the game was good but waaaaaay over hyped, I found many frustrations with some of the glitches

The only time the game actually bugged on me was when it froze once while loading into the next area. Hasn't happened since.
