I like Paul Walker. I’m not sure why, but he just seems like a cool dude who knows he totally lucked into one of the most fun jobs of all time (making Fast and Furious movies). So on the one hand, I’m happy to hear that Fox has tapped him to play Agent 47 in its upcoming Hitman reboot.
On the other hand…seriously?
The new film will be directed by Aleksander Bach, who has never made a feature film. It will abandon whatever established canon exists from the last Hitman movie, but is being written by the same guy. It sounds like a disaster in the making, but maybe we should just give it some time and see what happens. At the very least, we’ll get to see Paul Walker kick a guy. Which is usually a fun thing.
