Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is a collaboration between a gaming studio and an animation studio that aims to bring you the best of both worlds. Today we have a video that gives us a behind-the-scenes look at Studio Ghibli, the folks behind Ponyo, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Porco Rosso, and more.

This video talks about Level-5's collaboration with this animation studio and how Studio Ghibli approached the game, which is pretty much the same way they approach their films. It goes over storyboards and how darn "heartwarming" Studio Ghibli is in their approach. There's plenty of artwork and footage to look at, to be sure, which makes all the talking bearable.

Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch will be out January 22nd in North America and January 25th in Europe.

Me too, im a huge studio Ghibli fan & I can't wait to play this game, I loved the demo. I'm also looking forward to the release of princess mononoke & spirited away on bluray, they've released almost all of there back catalog in Japan throughout the past few years except for those two movies lol
