As soon as this month, you can expect some changes to come the way of your Mortal Kombat game. New information were divulged by co-creator Ed Boon earlier.

For one, Skarlet will be making her debut as a playable character sometime this month. That, of course, is on top of all the "free stuff" that they've got in store for you all, too.

Apart from these goods, however, you can expect changes and improvements to the game, such as character balance tweaks, and of course, new content. 

Oh, and by the way, in case you're in the area of Las Vegas, you might as well join in on the official PDP Mortal Kombat 9 National Tournament in Sin City. Top 8 competitors wil be taking home US$ 21,000. The first place lucky winner will be taking home US$ 10,000 all for himself too.
