MotorStorm Apocalypse players to get PlayStation Rewards

While other games are putting their PSN activities on hold in light of the breach, MotorStorm Apocalypse isn't letting this put them down. Well, that should be an obvious case since the game's publisher is Sony itself.

ma2 Regardless of that, though, it still remains that at least there's something to look forward to on the PS3. Sony's revealed that their PlayStation Rewards program will be kicking off afresh this month, and of course, they'll have something for those who play MotorStorm Apocalypse.

This link here should lead you to the program, and from there you can earn your points through your posts - photos, articles, polls, the works. As with any other incentivized program, the more activity you make, the more points you earn. If you're lucky enough, you might even take home a nifty swag from the team: a MotorStorm Apocalypse poster for 0-330 points, and a copy of PlayStation Move Heroes + a "Mayhem prize package" for 331-990 points.

It's obviously an indirect way of Sony appeasing the antsy consumers, but still, this gesture is appreciated. At least they're trying to get things chugging back to normal. Somewhat.

I had a look at that link and it seems more like some third party site trying to sucker people in using "PlayStation Rewards" as a way to draw in. These guys specialize in getting people to sign up for "house parties" (hence the name) used to promote various products. Doesn't look like the actual PlayStation Rewards to me.

yes the playstation rewards was canceled but the one above is something the houseparty and playstation are doing together.

the site is not fake, yes their are parties that you can sign up for and host thru them.

it was anything from playstation home items to full games and onnce lbp2 beta.

this time around they are doing this online party for a full year each month is some thing different.

what they are talking about in the post here is the second month that is going on now, last month it was all about mlb 11 the show game. we will be getting an email today that will tell us what we won from last month and when we should expect to get the game in the mail.

every thing is free, all you do is post a few pictures dealing with what challenges the give us for each week, post a blog on their site and comment on featured posts and blog posts..

cant beat it all is free and for you to keep.

some times at the begining they send you a survey about it and then at the end of the month they send you another one to take.
