These FutureShop guys have come from out of nowhere and are breaking a lot of news of late. They were at the Destination PlayStation event last night and tweeting to their hearts' content, apparently. In addition to other news, they revealed that Media Molecule is working on LittleBigPlanet Karting. It's said to be 3D capable and will be released alongside a Move steering wheel peripheral.
Sony's staying mum, of course, but Ken Levine from Irrational Games tweeted, "Destination PlayStation done. Got inappropriately touched by Sackboy." So they were there. Plus, there's this:
What do you think about a LBP kart game? I haven't played a karting game since the N64, but they were always a blast when you had people over. Of course, the peripheral isn't going to see a lot of action in such situations, but as long as there's a little bit of vehicular combat involved I'm always down for some kart racing.
