Indie platformer Limbo is now available on PlayStation Network.

Playdead today announced that Limbo, their black and white indie platformer, is now available on PSN for $14.99. The game will also hit the European and Asian PSN tomorrow, and on August 4 in Japan. PlayStation Plus subscribers will also receive a 20% discount on the title for the next two weeks.

"LIMBO tasks players with navigating dark forests, trap-filled buildings, and stormy cities brought to life with stunning hand-drawn visuals. They must be quick, clever, and fearless if they want to survive their journey and unravel the mysteries at LIMBO's sinister heart."

About Playdead:

"Playdead is an independent game development studio based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded by Arnt Jensen and Dino Patti in 2006, Playdead creates and publishes original games."

Dang, what the hell? $15? Just like Cave Story these games (one upon a time) where FREE and on the web. Now they want $15 to play a game we already played for free?

Unless it comes with a disc and a manual then I won't pay over $10 for a game. Gonna wait for a sale and I do not appreciate this new $15-$20 introductory price. Send it back to a $10 cap.

I really want to play this but $15 seems a little steep so I'll wait for some sale, I still have quite a backlog to keep me busy till then.
