Heads up, PlayStation 3 gamers. Developer FatShark has dropped a hot, steaming patch for the PS3 version of Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West. The patch, which features and array of fixes and tweaks, should now be available on the PlayStation Network.

Here's what it contains:

• All Trophies have been fixed.
• Server browser optimised to accommodate a larger amount of simultaneous games and players.
• All players now listed on the leader board (previously it was only the top 1000).
• New sniper rifle/scope functionality; when scoped, damage is now increased over time.
• New in-game options menu has been added. Press the SELECT button and use left/right with D-pad to navigate among the following functionalities:
  • Pick new character.      
  • Switch teams.
  • Kick player vote.
  • Shuffle teams vote.
  • Kicking idle players after certain time added.
  • Spawn camping fixes for existing levels.

Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West is a third-person multiplayer shooter with a wild west theme. Players get to choose from four different characters and try to kill the members of a rival gang before they shoot you full of holes. The game's team-based multiplayer experience incorporates the Synergy system where cooperation and team tactics are essential to success in order to prevent you and your posse biting the dust.

The game's now available for download on the PlayStation Store.
